Himachal Tourism by District

Shimla District: Shimla, Himachal Pradesh's capital city, is a well-known hill station famed for its colonial architecture, magnificent views, and agreeable weather. Kufri, Chail, and Naldehra are among popular tourist destinations in the district.

Kangra District : Dharamshala, the Dalai Lama's residence, is located in this area. Dharamshala is a prominent spiritual and cultural attraction. Other attractions include McLeod Ganj, Bhagsunag, and Kangra Fort.

Kullu District: Kullu is well-known for its scenic valleys, adventure sports, and the Kullu Dussehra celebration. This district's must-see attractions include Manali, Parvati Valley, and Solang Valley.

Chamba District: Chamba is well-known for its historic temples, palaces, and scenic scenery. Dalhousie, Khajjiar, and Chamera Lake are popular tourist destinations.

Mandi  District: Mandi is well-known for its temples and the yearly International Mandi Shivratri Fair. Other attractions in this district are Rewalsar Lake, Prashar Lake, and Barot.

Solan District: Solan is regarded as the "Mushroom City of India" because of its nice climate and vast foliage. Kasauli and Nalagarh are additional popular tourist destinations in the district.

Sirmaur District: Sirmaur headquarters, Nahan, is a popular hill station known for its gardens and viewpoints. Renuka Lake is another important attraction in this area.

Una District: Religious sites in Una include the Chintpurni Temple and the Sheetla Mata Temple.

Bilaspur District: Bilaspur is well-known for the Gobind Sagar Lake, a reservoir formed by the Bhakra Dam.

Hamirpur District: While not as well-known among tourists, Hamirpur has numerous picturesque locations and temples worth seeing.

Kinnaur District: Kinnaur is noted for its remote and eccentric attractions such as Kalpa, Sangla Valley, and Chitkul. It provides breathtaking Himalayan views as well as a one-of-a-kind cultural experience.

Lahaul and Spiti District [Kyelang]: This district is known for its rough terrain, high-altitude communities, and Buddhist temples. Among the notable attractions are Key Monastery, Chandratal Lake, and Kaza.
